Ruggedised and yet portable, this lightweight RF modem with industry-standard IP integration is powered by a 9~48VDC power supply making it suitable for vehicles, maritime vessels, railways and other outdoor applications.

It seamlessly connects local devices to the internet through mobile 3G/4G/5G (Sub –6Ghz) networks provided by Internet Service Providers in both SA and NSA mode.

The modem/router is known as TeaM1-5GM. It is designed and developed as an industrial-grade 5G SA/NSA modem/router.

TeaM1-5GM was passed the environmental test under the DO-160F Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment Standard.

Why is my PC not network connection from 5G modem/router?

You may check the WAN indicator status of the 5G modem/router is lighting up.

If not, check your SIM card is correctly insert into the 5G modem/router.

You need to check your WAN interface setting information on the Website Portal. Etc. APN of your cellular connection and PDP Type.

  • Go to Website Portal > Network > WAN > under WAN (wwan0) select “Edit” to check/ edit your APN and PDP Type > Dismiss (If nothing to changes) /Save (if changes applied) > Save & Apply (if changes applied) > under WAN (wwan0) select “Restart”.

Q8:

Why is the 5G modem/router unable to receive 5G cellular signal in 5G signal coverage area?

You may check your antennas are connected to ANT3 to ANT6.

  • Go to Website Portal > Configuration > Cellular > Mode.
  • Ensure Mode is select “AUTO” or “NR5G” and Enable is “Enable ALL”.
